Issue Summary

As per this article, the contributors can Submit ideas - via a form, Chrome extension, Slack app however, looks like the feature isn't working anymore. 

The contributor is unable to view the site ( where user is added as a contributors) under the slack connect. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a user with contributor role to JPD site and space. 
2. Contributor user->. Go to Jira slack and enter /Jira connect.
3. Search for the sites listed and look for the one where you have been added as a Contributor user.
4. The site is unavailable. 

Expected Results

The site should be listed in the list of sites to connect.

Actual Results

The site is unavailable in the list of sites to connect however it gets available once the user is given creator role.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
