Removing attachment from Description or Custom field should add an event in Work Item History

      Removing attachment from Description or Custom field should add an event in Work Item History. As of now, when attachments are added to Description or Custom field are added as event in Work Item history but not removal.

      This makes it difficult to track every update event of the field from the History
