Issue Summary
When a user creates a recurring work item via the "Set to recur" feature, the generated automation rule is always named "Clone on a schedule" with no option to rename it, and the schedule time is automatically set to the time of creation with no way to adjust it. When multiple recurring rules exist, there is no way to distinguish which rule corresponds to which work item. Additionally, users typically want cloned items to appear at the start of the day, not at a random mid-day time based on when the rule was created.
Proposed Solution
- Allow users to provide a custom name for the generated automation rule during the "Set to recur" setup flow, or rename it afterward from the Automation settings
- Allow users to define a preferred execution time (e.tml., 8:00 AM) during setup, independent of when the rule was created
