As a Jira Cloud user who has migrated from Data Center,
I want to be able to customize the background color used for "Flagged" work items when using the Dark Theme,
So that I can change the current dark red/maroon color to a less "aggressive" color (such as the traditional yellow) that does not connote a system error or critical failure to my team.

Business Impact / Context:
In Jira Data Center, flagged items traditionally used a yellow background which served as a clear organizational marker. In the Jira Cloud Dark Theme, the fixed maroon/red background is often interpreted by users as a "blocked" or "error" state, which causes confusion during sprint planning and backlog grooming. Providing a way to customize this specific color would allow teams to maintain their established visual language and reduce eye strain/cognitive load.
