Issue Summary

At this time, when an admin tries to perform either of the actions listed below (please consider those only examples), they'll receive the attached errors/warnings, without a clear indication of which work items are preventing the given action.

• Delete a work item type, OR
• Remove a work item type from a work type scheme

It'd be great to have the option (for instance) to download a list of work items that need adjustment.

Steps to Reproduce

We'll focus on the first scenario listed above:

1. Have a work type scheme associated with at least two spaces,
2. Archive one of the spaces, ensuring that the work item type you'll later try to remove is part of it,
3. Try to remove the work item type from the scheme.

Expected Results

The warning/error indicates the name/key of the project preventing the operation, and/or allows the admin to download a CSV file containing the affected work item keys.

Actual Results

An ambiguous warning/error is shown, stating that "This work type is used by X work items in archived projects. To delete the work type please restore the project before continuing."

Given that the Jira admin doesn't have permission to access the given space(s), and that the tenant might contain tens, if not hundreds, of archived spaces, narrowing down the affected space(s) can be very tedious and time-consuming.
