Issue Summary

Completing sprints in the team-manage project does not create the next sprint's proper counter; it creates it with the old Sprint name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two sprints in the team-manage project.
2. Complete the highest-numbered Sprint and move the undone work items to a new Sprint

Expected Results

1. The New Sprint name should be created with an increased counter.

Actual Results

1. The New Sprint is created

Workaround

Create a new Sprint with a proper name, then move the undone work items to it.
