Issue Summary

Third-party Marketplace dashboard gadgets (e.g., Custom Charts for Jira) no longer render on the Jira Cloud iOS mobile app. The gadgets either fail to load or do not appear on the mobile dashboard, despite being fully functional on the Jira Cloud web interface.

This is a regression — these gadgets were previously loading and rendering correctly on the iOS app.

Per the official Jira Cloud iOS documentation, the iOS app supports "Extensions (3rd-party plugins) from [Explore Marketplace solutions for Atlassian apps | Atlassian Marketplace|https://marketplace.atlassian.com/]" as a listed gadget type.

Steps to Reproduce

• Install a third-party Marketplace dashboard gadget (e.g., "Custom Charts for Jira") on a Jira Cloud site and ensure it has an active subscription.

• Add the Marketplace gadget to a dashboard via the Jira Cloud web interface and confirm it renders correctly on web.

• Open the Jira Cloud iOS mobile app and navigate to the same dashboard.

• Observe the Marketplace gadget(s).

Expected Results

Third-party Marketplace gadgets should render on the Jira Cloud iOS mobile app dashboard, consistent with the documented supported gadgets which states that "Extensions (3rd-party plugins) from Atlassian Marketplace" are supported.

Actual Results

Third-party Marketplace gadgets (e.g., Custom Charts for Jira) do not appear or fail to load on the iOS mobile app dashboard. The gadgets that were previously visible and functional are no longer rendered. Native/default Jira gadgets continue to work as expected.

Workaround

Users can view these gadgets via the Jira Cloud web interface (desktop browser). The issue is isolated to the iOS mobile app.
