Problem Statement

Our teams currently waste time manually checking velocity reports and re-keying those averages into the Plan Timeline view for every single sprint/iteration.

Desired Outcome

Ideally, we want the system to dynamically calculate and populate the default baseline capacity using the rolling average of our past velocity. This would eliminate manual overhead, ensure planning accuracy across multiple teams, and prevent data discrepancies, while still letting managers manually tweak the numbers if a specific sprint requires an override (e.g., due to team holidays or time off).
