Allow to use JQL to filter by Team details (parent, type, sub-team)

      Currently, JQL only allows searching for work items by the assigned Team using the direct Team ID.

      Since teams can have identifying details such as parent team, sub-teams, and team type, it would be great if we could search for them using JQL as well, allowing for more flexibility and making it easier to perform work-item searches based on team structure data.
