Problem Definition
At this moment, there's no way to configure the SMTP server in Atlassian cloud. The customer can rely only on the default SMTP server, which sometimes creates compliance and security problems for them.
Suggested Solution
Ability to configure an alternate SMTP Account or an SMTP relay instead of sending emails from the Atlassian service with just a modified from address.
