Issue Summary

Rename the Action menu for clarity, as hover-over shows Automation, which causes confusion and frustration when looking for workflow self-transitions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue that uses this workflow and is currently in the status where you configured the self-transition (e.g. In Progress).
2. On the issue view, hover-over the Actions menu to the right of the status dropdown.
3. It will show Automation instead of More/Action menu

Expected Results

• Hover-overing the Actions menu should show a more intuitive text rather than just Automation. As there are other configurations in this menu.

Actual Results

• Hover-overing the Actions menu shows Automation, causing confusion.
