Issue Summary

Preview Panels had replaced the Detailed List views, but the window size is much smaller and cannot be as large as half a page using the current resizable panel

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the space List tab
2. Click on one of the work items
3. The Preview panel will be displayed on the right side panel.
4. Drag to resize the panel, and it does not allow the user to drag the panel
   more than half the page 

Expected Results

The Preview Panel can be half the size of the page.

Actual Results

The Preview Panel max out at less than half the size of the page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
