Add Sync Thread action to flexipanel or to More actions if Compact Preview is configured

      New feature in Slack Integration for Jira allows syncing comments from Slack thread to Jira comment via "Sync Thread" button.

      However, the button is not available when compact preview is configured. 

      The request is to add Sync Thread action to flexipanel or to More actions if Compact Preview is configured:
