Issue Summary
Focus does not move to the Epic modal dialog when it is opened from the Board view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Jira Cloud Homepage.
- Navigate to the "Board" tab using the space navigation.
- Navigate to and activate any Epic link (e.g., "Login module", "Dashboard module") -> a dialog opens.
- Observe that focus does not move to the newly opened dialog.

Actual Results
When an Epic link is activated, the corresponding Epic modal dialog, such as "Login module" or "Dashboard module" opens on the page. However, the focus is not set on the dialog, it remains lost in the background.
Upon pressing the Tab key, the focus shifts directly to the "Edit Epic Color" button, bypassing the first interactive element (the issue key link) as well as other preceding interactive elements within the dialog.
This requires screen reader users and keyboard-only users to tab through content before they can reach and interact with the initial interactive element within the dialog.
Expected Results
The programmatic focus should be set on the first interactive element of the dialog as soon as dialog appears.
In this scenario, when the Epic dialog opens, focus should automatically move to the first interactive element within the dialog (e.g., the issue key link), allowing immediate interaction without requiring additional Tab presses.
