Issue Summary

In Company Managed Projects, a board backlog config shows the dedicated column mapping for all statuses that should only be disabled in the "Backlog" view. 

In Team Managed, there is no clear distinction for the same "Backlog" status mapping

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a CMP
   1. enable the backlog feature in the space
2. Create a TMP
   1. enable the backlog feature in the space
3. Head to the board column configuration page for both spaces -> notice the CMP has the "Backlog" column mapping available
   1. For example, note the "Kanban backlog" section within the CMP configuration:
   2. Compared to how it looks in a TMP:
      

 

Expected Results

• Both CMP and TMP setup would show a similar configuration UI for readability and accessibility.
