Issue : Ability to add time tracking field in workflow validator

Summary : 

• create a workflow
• set a validator to have time tracking field as requried while moving an issue 
• The field is not visible

Workaround:
Add it to a screen and then add the screen to the workflow

this thus solves the purpose but users can choose to not fill it as well and thus not making it required 

Suggestion:

It would be great to include the time tracking field
