Issue Summary
Track changes to Versions/Releases in the Jira Cloud audit log (create, update, delete, status changes, approver modifications)
Current Behaviour:
The Jira Cloud audit log does not capture changes to the Release/Version entity. There is no record of who created, modified, released, or archived a version, nor who added/removed approvers or changed release details. This capability exists in Jira Data Center via "Project Version Created" and "Project Version Updated" audit log filters, but has no Cloud equivalent.
Expected Behaviour:
The Jira Cloud audit log should capture at minimum:
- Version/Release created
- Version/Release updated (name, description, dates, status)
- Version/Release released / unreleased / archived
- Approvers added / removed
- Approval decisions (approved / declined) with timestamps and actor
These events should appear in the Jira Cloud audit log under a new "Version/Release changes" category, consistent with existing categories like "Project changes" and "Sprint changes."
