Issue Summary

The comment section in the Jira issue view disappears as soon as we select "Browse Agents" in Rovo. The comments are not permanently deleted and they reappear after a page refresh but the UI element is hidden when the Browse Agents modal opens or an agent is selected.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a Rovo agent and integrate with Jira
• Open Jira and open an existing or create new workitem
• In the workitem > comment section, type ‘/ai’
• Click on ‘+' and select 'Browse Agents’
• The comment section disappears and the Browse Agents window do not open.
• Refresh the page or select different and come back to comment tab, we can now edit comment tab.

Expected Results

Jira workitem should not freeze when the "Browse Agents" in Rovo are selected

Actual Results

The comment section in the Jira issue view disappears as soon as we select "Browse Agents" in Rovo.

Workaround

We need to refresh the page to get the controls on the Jira workitem
