      Work Item Collector fails to create work items with "You must specify a summary of the issue" error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Work Item Collector using Custom Template
      2. Embed collector and try to raise a request

      Expected Results

      Work Item is Created.

      Actual Results

      Work Item Collector fails to create work items with "You must specify a summary of the issue" error.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
