This enhancement request is created for bringing the ability to load work item preview within Slack channel when message is posted by a BOT in the Jira cloud Slack application.

Currently, it's able to load the preview only when legitimate Slack user is posting the work item URL, however, there are requirements to post messages through combination of Jira automation rule and Slack webhooks which posts the messages through Bots. In this scenario, preview does not load.

Workaround:

Use Send Slack message automation action to post the message through automation rule. However, authenticate with Slack using a dedicated "Service Account" created in Slack for this purpose.
