      Issue Summary

      Users fail to create a tmp bug tracking project in some instances.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable experiment FF and its FG
      2. Open create project drawer
      3. Select Bug tracking template in Software development category
      4. Take `Team-managed` as the project type
      5. Click  `Next` to create a project

      Expected Results

      Succeed to create

      Actual Results

      Failure due to failures on creating fields
