Issue Summary

The suggested link in the comment section of the transition screen is truncated. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a transition screen or ask for a comment during a transition
2. try to insert  a link
3. the link suggestion are shown but the input box is hidden being unable to enter anything.

Expected Results

There should be a scroll panel inside the transition screen always

Actual Results

input box for typing is not shown 

Workaround

Add more fields to the transition screen
