Issue Summary

No action seen for ~5-6 seconds when clicking on "Create" button during field behaviour config changes

Steps to Reproduce

• Open Jira space > Settings > Fields

• Modify field behaviour to mark due date and labels as required

• From the same page, click on “Create” global button

Expected Results

The create screen pops up when the button is clicked

Actual Results

There is ~5-6 second “no action” UX when clicking the button soon after field behaviour changes

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
