Issue Summary

Value populated in Create screen is lost when interacting with "Configure fields" modal

Steps to Reproduce

a) Click on the “Create” button

b) Type summary, add label

c) Expand the mini-modal - Summary and label field values are retained

d) Click on “Configure fields”

e) Do not make any changes and click on “Apply”

g) The summary and label field values are lost

Expected Results

The values are retained in the Create modal (The values are retained in the current create screen modal)

Actual Results

The values are lost upon any changes to “Configure fields” modal

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
