Increase the limit of REST API Endpoint rest/api/2/search/jql when requesting Fields data

      Currently REST API Endpoint rest/api/2/search/jql fetches 5k items when only id Or key requested, however the endpoint significantly reduces the limit to 100 items when id Or key along with fields are requested. This is a blocker for the legacy third party applications where paging or Retry After is not supported. 
      The idea is to increase the limit to atleast 1000 work items without paging.
