Issue Summary

If you press "esc" in a comment reply, Jira will not save your draft. It saves correctly if you try to add a comment. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click to reply to a comment and start typing.
2. Type "Esc". 

Expected Results

Your content will be saved as draft and you will see a message "You have an unsaved comment".

Actual Results

The message is lost. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
