The "Collapsible Sections in Issue View" feature (GA) now allows users to collapse sections such as Description, Child Work Items, and Issue Links.

Some users prefer to always see all sections expanded without having to manually expand them each time. It would be helpful to have:

• A setting to disable collapsible sections entirely (site-level or user-level)
• Or an option to keep all sections expanded by default
