Issue Summary

Hyperlink became text after JCMA migration.

The url "◐ [R01] hello" in description(Jira DC) works like a hyperlink in Jira DC but after JCMA migration, it became text. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira work item and paste the URL in description(Jira DC)
2. Migrate it to the Jira Cloud
3. Check the result

Workaround

Replace the unescaped nested brackets '[' and ']' with the full-width bracket characters such as ［R01］(U+FF3B / U+FF3D) in Jira DC. It has more space, but it doesn't break the hyperlink after JCMA migration.
