Issue Summary

If User has just clicked on description and not made any changes, it still goes in draft state. This can cause confusions and actually cause users to save the older draft. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. User A clicks on description, doesn’t do any changes , presses ESC.
2. It goes into an unsaved changes state with the content that was already there.
3. User B in the meantime has updated the description to something else.
4. User A doesn’t receive the update because description is in draft state for them still with the older content. If they hit save, the changes from User B will be overridden.

Expected Results

Draft should not be saved if a user is just clicking on Edit and not making changes actually.

Actual Results

Draft is saved if a user is just clicking on Edit and not making changes actually.

Workaround

If the "Unsaved changes" prompt appears, click Cancel instead of Save. This will clear the local draft and allow the latest version to load.
