Issue Summary

The ask is to show the parent of an Epic and also for higher hierarchies to not reflect themselves.

We do have an FR , related to this behaviour i.e JRACLOUD-86948 . However the ask over their is to not have the EPIC label displayed on the Epic itself. 

The ask from this suggestion is to have it displayed on Epics and above Hierarchies correctly. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Goal>>Initiative >> Epic >> Task.
2. On the board we see the Epic correctly showing up on Task. Also on the Initiative, it shows up as Goal
3. However for the Epic and Goal, we see it set for themselves.
4. 

Expected Results

The Epic should show the summary and color for the Initiative.

Basically, a work item should display its parent's name in the lozenge field even if the parent is a work item of a work item type from an extended hierarchy level

Actual Results

Currently the Epic shows itself.
