UI remains in previous language when account+site settings are changed to another language

      Issue Summary

      If a customer changes their personal and site-wide settings to another language, some site menus may still appear in the original language.

      Steps to Reproduce

      It is sporadic and does not occur at all sites.

      • Change personal Language settings to English (or any preferred language )
      • Change site settings to English.(or any preferred language )

      Expected Results

      Language localisation should be consistent across the entire site.

      Actual Results

      There is an inconsistency in language localisation, as some menus still appear in the previous language.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no workaround that end users can apply for this issue. Please contact Support for assistance with a tentative workaround.
