Problem

• Please add a supported path for Bamboo → Jira Cloud deployment reporting without requiring Bitbucket Data Center 

• As mentioned here "If you’ve connected Bamboo to Jira (without using Bitbucket Data Center) you’ll only see deployments on Jira work items and in the Releases hub"

Current state:

Deployment data is seen only on Jira work items and not in the deployment timeline/reports

Suggestion:
When Bamboo sends deployment events with associated Jira issue keys to Jira Cloud:

Those deployments appear on:

• Deployments timeline
• Deployment frequency and cycle time reports

 

This should work without requiring Bitbucket Data Center in the architecture.
