Drag and Drop for attachments does not work if issue already has an attachment

      Issue Summary

      Currently, using the "Add Attachment" option in the we can drag and drop attachment directly in the issue view. This only works if the issue has no attachments.

      If the issue has 1 or more attachments, drag and drop does not work

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to issue view for any work item with 0 attachments
      2. Click + > Add Attachments
      3. Drag and drop one or more files directly in the issue view
      4. Save these attachments. Attachments get uploaded
      5. Repeat step 2 and 3
      6. When we drag and drop another attachment in the issue view, it does not get uploaded, instead if the file is browser compatible, it opens in a new browser tab

      Expected Results

      Attachments should get uploaded after step 6 as well.

      Actual Results

      Attachments do not get uploaded, instead if the file is browser compatible, it opens in a new browser tab

      Workaround

      Use the normal method for uploading from the file explorer/finder.(Select files > Upload/Open)
