Issue Summary

At this time, the Assignable User permission only works in relation to the Assignee, but not the Reporter field, meaning that users who are not part of the given space (project) in terms of the above permission can still be set as the Reporter.

Of course, such users won't be able to view the respective work item after it is created, which may cause confusion among users and space admins.

Steps to Reproduce

• In a company-managed space, create a new work item and set a reporter that's not part of the given space (the user shouldn't have any permissions in such). 

Expected Results

• The list of users returned in the user-picker (Reporter) field is limited to users having space access as per the respective Permission scheme.

Actual Results

• The list of users returned in the user-picker (Reporter) field contains all users, ignoring space-level permissions.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
