Issue Summary

When the user adds some checkboxes (action items), a decision block, labels with colour, and saves the description, in the History log, Jira parsed those changes in a simple manner:

• Action items converted to simple bullets
• Decision block converted to plain text with symbols <>, label converted into plain text without additional info about format.

Expected Results

Add a more detailed history log when Text fields are saved (Description, comments, summary) on the symbols, etc

Actual Results

Simple parsing didn’t provide detailed info. If the customer wants to get more details, what was the original Design of the description before.

This is impacting the apps that completely rely on the History logs parsing

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
