      Issue Summary

      Jira showing 'p' instead of 'h' in some places of the interface when selecting Time display format as hours instead of pretty and using a Portuguese for the account settings

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set Time display format to Hours on the Time tracking settings
      2. Set the account language settings to portuguese

      Expected Results

      Since hours in Portuguese is horas, it should show 'h'

      Actual Results

      Some places show 'p' and some show 'h' for example board cards show 'h' but inside the work item view it shows 'p'

      Workaround

      For the moment the only option is setting the language to English but there is no real workaround for the Portuguese language
