Users are unable to add the "Creator" field to a security level within a security scheme. Users can change the reporter when creating or editing a ticket, so creator looses its access. Having Creator field in security level helps restricts ticket visibility to only the assignee, reporter, and creator. There's currently no option to include the creator in a security level configuration.
