Issue Summary
Currently, if a user makes changes to the description field of a work item but does not save them, the next time they open the work item, the last saved content is displayed along with an indication of "unsaved changes" beside description field
Also if a user has unsaved version and a newer one exists, there is no warning and the user will see the new one but, while editing, it will edit from the previous unsaved one without any explicit warning

Expected Results
The "Unsaved changes" message should be made more prominent, perhaps by adding a warning icon or using larger, color-coded text to improve visibility and draw the user's attention. Also, there should be a warning message, if a previous edit is still ongoing.
Actual Results
- Very small text message which is sometimes missed by the user, usually when the description field has a large content.
- If there is any unsaved edited version of description field, and another user opens up the same workitem, and tries to edit the description field, it doesnt show any warning that it was last edited by another user or edit in progress.
