Issue Summary

Customers reported that some Sharepoint/OneDrive links can no longer resolve as smart link after they paste the links to Jira and confluence. Showing the URL instead of filename (or document title).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Require Microsoft enterprise license and includes Sharepoint.
2. Created resources under a Sharepoint site.
3. Copy Sharepoint link from the browser address bar
4. Paste the link in Jira or Confluence.

Expected Results

The Sharepoint/OneDrive links are resolved as Smart link.

Actual Results

Some of the Sharepoint/OneDrive links can't be resolved successfully, users are asked to connect another account. And the Sharepoint/OneDrive link can't be resolved after reconnect Microsoft account.

Workaround

Edit the failed smart link and change the unresolvable Sharepoint link appearance to hyperlink (URL) if needed.
