Issue Summary
- Editing a comment after 30 minutes with attachment errors out with the error - "We couldn't save your comment. It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor."

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a text comment on any work item.
- Once 30 mins pass, edit the comment with a direct attachment (either pasting a screenshot directly or via the attach button), and this would fail.
- NOTE: Do not reload the page in the meantime.
Expected Results
The attachment addition in the comment should succeed, but it fails.
Actual Results
Save fails, and we get the error - "We couldn't save your comment. It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor."
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
