Summary:
Enhance the Jira issue view to display the creation date and time directly inline with the reporter information at the top of the issue, rather than only showing it in the bottom-right corner of the page.

Current Behavior:

• Issue reporter information appears at the top: "First Name Last Name raised this request via [Portal/API]"

• Creation date/time only appears in the bottom-right corner: "Created June 24, 2025 at 5:30 AM"

Requested Enhancement:
Display the creation information in a consolidated format at the top of the issue, such as:
"First Name Last Name created this request on the portal on June 24, 2025 at 5:30 AM"

Justification:

• Improves visibility and immediate access to critical temporal information

• Reduces need to scan different areas of the page for related information

• Enhances user experience for support teams who frequently need to reference creation timing

• Provides better information density in the primary viewing area

Use Case:
Support teams need quick visibility of when issues were created to prioritize responses, track SLA compliance, and understand request patterns without having to look in multiple locations on the page.
