Issue Summary

After removing Releases from the features, the admins started to face issues with the fix version field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Remove the field Fix Versions from the Fields section in your Team-managed space and add it back right after.

Expected Results

We expect that the field will become available to be added in the fields list for each work items.

Actual Results

The field will not be available to add in the work items.

Workaround

If you already added the Releases section to your space, remove it and add it back, and the field Fix Versions will be automatically added to all work items in your space.

It's safe to remove the section as the releases will not be lost.
