Problem summary:

In the new workflow editor, the "Allow work items in any status to move this one" checkbox was removed, and now if you want to use this option, you need to follow this path:

• Select the "Create transition" option
• From status -> Select "Any status"
• Assign the status
• Give a name
• Create

Suggestion:

In the old workflow editor, the checkbox "Allow work items in any status to move this one" was available on any status; you just needed to check it.

This way was easier and faster.
