Currently, Jira's multi-select custom fields require users to select each option individually. When a field contains a large number of options, this becomes time-consuming and inefficient.

Adding a "Select All" button would streamline the workflow, reduce manual effort, and improve the overall user experience for customers who frequently work with these fields.
