User Story: As a user navigating between a search result list and individual issue views, I want the issue I just visited to be visually highlighted (e.g., a different background color or border) when I return to the list.

Current Behavior: When a user clicks an issue from a list (Filters, JQL, or Board) and then navigates back using the browser "Back" button, there is no visual indicator showing which issue was previously opened. This causes confusion and requires the user to remember where they left off.

Requested Enhancement: Implement a "last visited" or "active" state highlight for list items to improve navigation efficiency, similar to legacy tools like Starc Classic.
