At the moment, agents only receive the issue summary and description (plus the relevant comment if the agent is triggered by a comment). Unfortunately, they don't have access to issue attachments, so they're not able to read or reference attached files (such as images, PDFs, Word, or Excel documents) directly.

However, it would be really helpful if we enable Rovo Agent to read Attachments on the work items.
