User mentions in a JSM space, with a lot of customers, fails to show Teams

      Issue Summary

      In JSM space where there are a lot of customers (> 25K customers), when using the 'mentions' functionality in comments, Teams fail to show.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Precondition: You are in a JSM space with > 25K customers. 

      1. Visit/Create an Issue 
      2. Attempt to mention a team in the comment using '@' 

      Expected Results

      Teams should be recommended to you.

      Actual Results

      Teams are not visible in the mentions drop-down

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
