Issue Summary

Bulk Move operation bypasses Screen Configuration by allowing edits to fields present only on the View Screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a Work Type where a specific custom field is present on the View Screen but absent from the Create and Edit Screens.
2. Go to the All work tab > Bulk change work items and select a set of issues to be moved.
3. Select Move Work items.
4. Select the destination work type
5. Observe that the field (which should be non-editable according to Screen schemes) is available for modification in the Bulk Move wizard.

Expected Results

The Bulk Move wizard should respect the Screen Scheme configuration. If a field is not present on the Edit or Create screen for the target Work Type, it should not be editable during a bulk operation.

Actual Results

The Bulk Move process identifies any field associated with the work type (including those only on the View Screen) and provides an entry field, allowing users to bypass intended UI restrictions and modify data that should be read-only.
