Current State:

Currently, for users in a company-managed JSM project who don't have Jira App Admin role, it is not possible for project admins and/or users with edit workflows permission to be able to modify the workflows associated with the project.

Proposed Future State:

• Project administrators and/or users with the “Edit workflows” permission shall be able to edit workflows in JSM projects, as long as those workflows are not shared with other projects.
• This helps in giving edit workflow permission to users without having to give the Jira app admin global product role.
