Currently Jira Cloud for Microsoft Teams App  does not have ability to customise the fields displayed in the notification message/card 

Customers often need to surface relevant information for users on the notification card. For example: Work Type, work item number, Status, Reporter, and Created etc

Allowing site admins to choose which fields to show in the notification will give a quick overview of the required information to end users
